One of the most confusing aspects that relates to schools and the community is funding. Therefore, we dedicate this section of the web site to clearing up this issue for our community. Select one of the following sections:

• General Levy/Bond Information

  We have compiled the following informational essays to help you understand what school levies and bonds are, why they are necessary, and how they affect you and your taxes.

• 2007 Maintenance & Operation Levy

  Battle Ground School District voters will be asked one more time on February 6, 2007 to re-instate expired local funding. We are committed to providing complete and accurate information on this levy.

• 2005 Construction Bond

  In March 2005, voters passed a bond measure funding a number of major construction projects including four new schools and major remodels of several others.

• Levy Tax Calculator

  Use this tool to help you figure out how much tax you are paying for levies and bonds in our district, and how much you would have paid under the proposed February 2007 levy.
